If you have a problem please contact us to fix it.  We can do exchanges on most items with in 30 days of receipt if there is an issue with damage. We do not accept returns on sketches, signed items or presale books.

Refunds will be issued back to the account you used to pay.  Either paypal, bank account or credit card within 5 business days of receiving your return.
